RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS POLICY
Last updated: 31 August 2026
At Beldi London Fashion, we want you to shop with confidence. We aim to make our returns, refunds and cancellations process fair, transparent and straightforward.
This policy explains how we handle returns, refunds, cancellations, faulty or damaged goods, delivery issues and other order-related problems.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded, restricted or limited. Where the law provides you with rights that are more favourable than the terms set out below, those legal rights will apply.
1. YOUR CONSUMER RIGHTS
Your legal rights may vary depending on the circumstances of your purchase.
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you have statutory rights under applicable UK consumer protection legislation, including rights relating to online cancellation and faulty, damaged or incorrectly described goods.
Customers in other countries may have additional mandatory consumer rights under local law. Nothing in this policy is intended to waive or restrict rights that cannot legally be waived or restricted.
Where this policy provides a voluntary return or refund option in addition to your statutory rights, the terms of that voluntary option will be clearly stated.
2. UK ONLINE CANCELLATION AND CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom and purchase eligible goods online, you will generally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.
After notifying us that you wish to cancel, you will generally have a further 14 days to return the goods.
To exercise your cancellation right, please contact us at info@beldilondon.co.uk.
Please include:
• Your order number
• The name used to place the order
• The item or items you wish to return
• A clear statement that you wish to cancel your purchase
Please contact us before returning an item so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions and return address.
You do not lose a statutory cancellation right simply because you have not received a return authorisation number or because you have not contacted us before sending the goods back.
3. CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS
You may handle goods to the extent reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functionality, in a similar way to how you would inspect them in a shop. For clothing, this may include trying an item on for size and fit.
You may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the goods, where applicable law permits such a deduction.
Examples may include:
• Washing the item
• Staining or marking the item
• Altering or modifying the item
• Damaging the item
• Removing or damaging components, labels or accessories
• Wearing the item beyond what is reasonably necessary to assess its fit or characteristics
We will not make deductions merely because an item has been appropriately handled or tried on.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights where goods are faulty, defective, incorrectly supplied or otherwise do not conform to the contract.
4. FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please contact us if your order arrives damaged, defective or faulty, significantly different from its description, different from the item ordered, incomplete, or otherwise not in conformity with the contract.
We recommend contacting us as soon as reasonably possible. For operational reasons, we recommend reporting visible damage, missing items or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery. This is a recommendation only and does not limit or remove any statutory rights or remedies available to you.
To help us investigate, we may reasonably request your order number, a description of the issue, clear photographs, a short video where photographs cannot adequately demonstrate the problem, photographs of the packaging where relevant, or other information reasonably necessary to investigate the claim.
We will not require evidence that is unreasonable or use an evidence requirement to unlawfully prevent you from exercising a statutory right.
Depending on the circumstances and your legal rights, the remedy may include a replacement, repair where applicable, price reduction, full or partial refund, or another legally appropriate remedy.
Where an item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, Beldi London Fashion will handle reasonable return costs in accordance with applicable law.
5. UK STATUTORY RIGHTS FOR FAULTY GOODS
If goods are faulty, not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose or not as described, you may have additional rights under UK consumer law.
Depending on the circumstances and the time since delivery, your remedies may include rejecting the goods and obtaining a refund where the statutory conditions are met, requesting a repair or replacement, receiving a price reduction, or obtaining another remedy available under applicable law.
Your statutory rights are separate from and additional to any voluntary return policy offered by Beldi London Fashion.
6. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
For a statutory change-of-mind cancellation, the customer may generally be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods where the law permits this and where the customer was informed of this responsibility before completing the purchase.
Where the return is because goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise do not conform to the contract, Beldi London Fashion will cover reasonable return costs where required by applicable law.
Where you exercise a UK statutory cancellation right, we will refund the cost of the standard delivery service originally selected. If you selected a more expensive delivery option, we are generally only required to refund the cost of the standard delivery option.
7. ITEMS THAT MAY NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR CANCELLATION OR RETURN
Certain products may be excluded from statutory cancellation rights where applicable law permits, including personalised or custom-made products, goods made to your specifications, and sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once the seal has been removed.
For example, certain sealed underwear, lingerie, swimwear or hygiene-sensitive products may not be eligible for cancellation once the relevant hygiene seal has been removed.
Where an exclusion applies, we will identify it on the relevant product page or before purchase where required by law.
These exclusions do not affect statutory rights where goods are faulty, defective, incorrectly supplied or otherwise protected by applicable consumer law.
8. HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
Please contact us before returning an item so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions and return address.
Please do not send a return to our business address unless we specifically instruct you to do so.
Please package your return securely, use an appropriate tracked service where possible, and retain proof of postage and tracking information until the return and refund have been fully resolved.
9. REFUNDS
Refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method used to place the order.
The time taken for funds to appear may depend on your bank, card issuer or payment provider.
For UK statutory cancellations, refunds will be processed within the timeframe required by applicable law. Where permitted by law, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or evidence that the goods have been returned.
Where applicable, we may make a lawful deduction for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what was reasonably necessary to inspect the goods.
We will not substitute store credit for a monetary refund where applicable law requires a monetary refund.
10. EXCHANGES
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you require a different size, colour or style, you may return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
11. ORDERS THAT HAVE NOT ARRIVED
If your order has not arrived within the delivery timeframe stated at checkout or in your order confirmation, please contact us.
We will review tracking information and, where appropriate, investigate the shipment with the relevant carrier or fulfilment provider. Please provide your order number.
We will keep you informed of material developments and provide an appropriate resolution where required by applicable law.
12. TRACKING SHOWS “DELIVERED” BUT YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE ORDER
If tracking shows that your order has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact us promptly.
Where applicable, check around your property, with household members and neighbours, building reception or security, any designated safe place, carrier delivery notifications and your local delivery office or collection point.
We may ask you to confirm your delivery address and provide information reasonably necessary to investigate. We may also contact the carrier or fulfilment provider.
A tracking status showing “delivered” does not automatically mean that your claim will be rejected. We will review the available information and your applicable legal rights before determining the appropriate resolution.
13. INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE DELIVERY ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address at checkout.
If you notice an address error after placing an order, contact us immediately. We will attempt to correct it where operationally possible.
Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, we may be unable to change the address.
If an order cannot be delivered or is returned because an incorrect, incomplete or invalid address was provided, we will review the circumstances and handle any refund, reshipment or additional delivery costs in accordance with applicable law.
14. REFUSED, UNCLAIMED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
If a customer refuses delivery, fails to collect a package, provides an incorrect address or otherwise prevents successful delivery, please contact us so we can review the circumstances.
Where additional delivery, redelivery or return costs are incurred because of information or actions attributable to the customer, those costs may be taken into account where permitted by applicable law.
This does not limit any statutory rights that apply to the customer.
15. SUSPECTED FRAUDULENT OR ABUSIVE CLAIMS
We reserve the right to investigate claims where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, abuse, material misrepresentation or misuse of the returns or refund process.
Where reasonably necessary, we may request photographs or videos, order or delivery information, tracking records, packaging photographs, proof of return, measurements where relevant, or other reasonably relevant information.
Potentially suspicious activity may include repeated substantially identical claims, claims conflicting with order or delivery records, returning a different item, materially altering or damaging an item, providing materially misleading information, or attempting multiple refunds or replacements for the same order.
Where fraud or abuse is reasonably suspected, we may pause an investigation while relevant information is reviewed and may take appropriate action permitted by law.
Nothing in this section removes or restricts statutory consumer rights.
16. EVIDENCE AND VERIFICATION
For certain claims, particularly claims involving damage, incorrect items, missing items or delivery problems, we may require reasonable evidence before determining the appropriate resolution.
We will not require evidence that is unreasonable or use an evidence requirement to unlawfully prevent a customer from exercising a statutory right.
17. SALE, PROMOTIONAL AND DISCOUNTED ITEMS
Sale and promotional items are subject to the same return and refund principles stated in this policy unless otherwise required by law.
A discount or promotional price does not remove statutory consumer rights.
If a particular product has different voluntary return terms, those terms will be clearly stated before purchase and will not affect statutory rights.
18. GIFT CARDS
Gift cards are not refundable or exchangeable for cash except where required by applicable law.
If a gift card has been purchased but has not been redeemed and you believe a refund is required under applicable law, please contact Customer Support.
19. DELIVERY TIMES AND SHIPPING DELAYS
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith based on the shipping method and destination selected.
Actual delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather, strikes, transportation disruption or other unforeseen circumstances.
We will not use a shipping-delay provision to remove any refund, cancellation or other consumer rights that apply under mandatory law.

21. STATUTORY RIGHTS

Where a provision of this policy conflicts with a mandatory requirement of applicable law, the mandatory legal requirement will apply.
